SPECIAL EVENT
AI Three Years On: What's Real, What's Working, What's Next?

Three years on from AI going mainstream, most agencies are actively using it, but are they maximising its potential and staying ahead of what's next?

This event is designed as a practical, candid summer briefing for agency leaders: no hype, no theory, just real-world insight on what's working and where the opportunity lies.

The evening will combine the usual relaxed Pimento 6pm Club networking format with an extended panel discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with fellow agency leaders, new business specialists and brand-side decision makers in an informal setting.

GREG CAPLAN

CO-FOUNDER & CEO
of DOVETAIL

Greg Caplan is the co-founder of Dovetail, London's leading IT partner for creative, advertising and marketing agencies. Greg himself was a founder of both Clear, a VFX company, and Final Cut, a creative editorial house, where he led the company's expansion into the US — at the time the first UK post-production business to do so. That hands-on experience of running and scaling creative businesses gives Greg, and Dovetail, a perspective on agency IT that goes well beyond the technical.

At this session, Greg will bring a practical, agency-side perspective on how AI is genuinely changing the way creative businesses operate — and what leaders need to get right to make it work for them, not against them.
