This event is designed as a practical, candid summer briefing for agency leaders: no hype, no theory, just real-world insight on what's working and where the opportunity lies.

Robin is CEO of Co:definery, the specialist consultancy that helps agencies sharpen their positioning and transform their business models, based on the liberating truth that the agency market isn’t oversupplied, it’s just under-differentiated. 

Over the past decade, Robin has advised nearly 150 agencies worldwide – from ambitious independents, to networks like AKQA and McCann. He supports leaders who choose not to compete on price, but instead want to define their space, evolve how they operate and sell their work at a premium.

Livia is a CEO and strategist who has worked globally across multiple continents, advising and leading transformation for some of the world’s most recognised brands.  She is widely known for applying strong intuition in complex, high stakes decision making environments alongside data, analytics and AI. 

She guest lectures on intuition and judgement at Hult International Business School, is in conversation with University College London, and has run intuition workshops with organisations including Dyson, Virgin Experiences, Dr. Martens and Jaja Finance, with several further collaborations in discussion. She is currently also in conversation with Cannes Lions Learning to co-produce learning modules on intuition in leadership.


JULES LOVE

Jules Love is one of the leading experts on generative AI in the creative sector. He is the co-founder of Spark AI, a UK-based training, coaching and consulting company that helps agencies and marketing teams make sense of generative AI, and is author of the bestselling book Shift - AI for Agencies, published by Rethink Press.

Since launching in 2024, Spark has grown to a team of twelve and worked with more than sixty creative businesses, from independent branding studios to networked agencies and global in-house teams. Spark’s 12-week AI Accelerator programme is the most comprehensive AI transformation programme for agencies anywhere.

Before starting Spark, Jules worked at Accenture for 9 years, advising marketing teams for blue-chip clients. He then spent fifteen years as an advertising photographer, collaborating with top agencies and shooting campaigns around the world.
